Get professional evaluation on your baseball skills and personalized instruction on your video tape. Just submit a 15-20 minute videotape of yourself from several positions and your tape will be evaluated by a Professional Major League Coach. Once the video is received, it will be reviewed and a computer report will be created evaluating your baseball skills. Personal tips, comments and specified baseball drills will be added to your video tape. The video will be returned within 7-10 business days  tape, practice the tips and drills that have been recommended and watch your game improve.

VIDEO TAPING TIPS: Have someone  areas from different angles: front, side, and/or back for 15-20 minutes.
THE TAPE SHOULD INCLUDE:

BATTING: hitting in a game situation and/or batting cage. Be sure that there is a full view of yourself swinging.  angles are critical.

FIELDING & THROWING: infield drills and/or game situations. Be sure that there is a full view of all fielding and throwing. Ready position and follow through are very important.

PITCHING: game situations and/or bullpen work. Be sure that there is a full view from the windup and stretch motions, head to toe. Tape should include any pick off moves, fielding areas.

CATCHING: game situations and/or bullpen work. Be sure there is a full view from various stances (signal giving, no one on, man on) and follow through. Fielding various positions as well.
